Overnight Chia Oats with Berries & Jammy Eggs

Use a canning or other jar.

  • Add 1/3 c. rolled oats
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • Add almond milk to cover the oats + about 1/2” more
  • Add 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup

Cover, shake to mix & refrigerate overnight. Add berries or nuts when serving
