I love haddock cooked in parchment! It’s so easy & the fish comes out so moist & flavorful! Tonight I served it with steamed jasmine rice, oven roasted broccoli & turmeric cauliflower.

  • Haddock Filet en PapilloteThis mild fish filet cooked in parchment is quick & easy!
  • Pat the fish dry with a paper towel & season with salt & pepper.
  • Cut a 15” square of parchment & fold in half diagonally. Open & place the fillet on one half near the fold.
  • Top the fillet with grated lemon zest, thin cut carrot (I used a veggie noodle tool).
  • 1/2 tbs. grass-fed butter.
  • chopped hazelnuts & snipped scallion greens.
  • Close the parchment by starting at one corner folding the two halves over each other to make a sealed pocket.
  • Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes.
