Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 to 1/2 c. Basil pesto
Salt & pepper
Heat oven to 350.
While the oven warms up pat the chicken fillets dry with a paper towel & season lightly with salt & pepper. Coat with the pesto covering all sides.
Place the prepared chicken on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment.
Bake 30 minutes. Add your tomatoes & bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
