I always grill up some extra protein on the weekends for my weekday salads. This time I have  a flat-iron steak but any cut is good on this salad. For the salad I used butter lettuce & frisée 

Paleo, Wildfit, Whole30

Ingredients 

  • Leftover steak reheated & sliced
  • A blend of greens
  • Sliced red cabbage 
  • Cooked asparagus 
  • Sliced tomatoes 
  • Red onion

Arrange your ingredients & top with dressing. I like a mustard vinaigrette with this salad. I haven’t provided exact measurements because this salad is flexible… make it your way!
