Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. Can Garbanzos, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbs. Tahini
- 1 Lemon, zested & juiced
- Olive oil as needed
- Seasonings: Tumeric, cumin, salt, garlic, pepper
- Optional garnish: Parsley, pumpkin seeds
Place the beans in a processor and pulse to break them down a bit.
Add the tahini, lemon juice and zest and the seasonings and pulse some more. Stop occasionally to push down the sides so all ingredients are blended.
Now add additional oil and lemon juice as needed to get a creamy texture. Taste and adjust seasonings.
