Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/3 c. No fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbs. Chopped red onion
- 1 tbs. Jalapeño, chopped fine
- 1 tbs. Crushed red pepper flakes
- Seasonings to taste: garlic powder, Sunny Paris (substitute onion powder), salt and pepper
Smash the avocado with a fork or spatula. Squeeze in the lime juice. Add all other ingredients and blend together. Adjust the salt as needed.
