Here’s an easy homemade, healthy version!

Add a blend of lettuce & spinach to a large bowl. Top with the following ingredients:

  • Sautéed peppers & onions
  • Pico de gallo 
  • Avocado 
  • Grilled meat in bite sized pieces (warm up leftovers)
  • Beans (heat pinto or black beans)
  • nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
  • Shredded cheese
  • Lime wedges 
  • Chopped cilantro
