Ingredients
- 1 lb Tilapia
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- Pepper sauce, I used Yellowbird Ghost Pepper hot sauce
Spice mix
- 1 1/2 tbs Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Preheat oven to 425
Mix together the spice blend
Pat the tilapia dry. Pour the olive oil and hot sauce on a dinner plate. Place the fish on the plate and turn to get the fish coated with the oil/hot sauce mixture.
Season the fish on both sides with the spice mixture.
Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet and lay the fillets on top
Bake 10 minutes
