This is a delicious dressing and once you make this you’ll never go back to store bought Ranch Dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c good quality light olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 peeled & smashed garlic cloves
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Ground pepper… I like a lot
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs cider vinegar
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 3 tbs fresh dill
- 2-3 tbs coconut or almond milk
Place the all the ingredients up to the fresh herbs in a 1 quart mason jar with wide mouth.
Use an immersion blender starting all the way at the bottom. Blend until you have almost a mayonnaise consistency.
Add the chopped parsley, dill & 2-3 tbs coconut or almond milk & blend to your desired consistency. Note- this will thicken as it chills. Add more almond milk & shake if it becomes too thick.
Refrigerate- delicious on salads or as a dip. Paleo, Whole30 compliant with no additives.
