You don’t need to throw a party to enjoy delicious, homemade guacamole! It even comes with its own serving dish. I served mine with chicharrones & celery with Tajín for a gluten free snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Large avocado (store the other half with the egg pit inside to help keep it fresh)
- 1 wedge of lime
- 3 tbs Pico de gallo
- Salt & pepper
Using a fork gently mash the avocado.
Add a squeeze of lime, pico de gallo, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Top with additional pico de gallo.
