You can make these crispy, yummy chicken legs with no gluten & no deep frying!
Ingredients
- 4 Butcherbox chicken legs
- 2 tbs Coconut oil
Season mix ingredients
- 1/3 c almond flour
- 1 tbs. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp oregano
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Set the legs on a paper bag and pat dry with paper towels. Be sure to get them as dry as you can!
Add the seasoning mix ingredients to a large ziplock bag & shake to combine.
Add the dry chicken legs to the bag & seal the bag. Shake it up to get the legs completely coated
Cover a sheet pan with foil and spread a layer of coconut oil using a paper towel.
Lay the chicken legs on the prepared pan keeping them spread apart.
Bake 40 minutes turning half way through. These are meaty chicken legs so if yours are smaller you may need to reduce your cooking time.
