Here’s an easy dinner that comes tog in minutes & it’s so flavorful you wo think it took a long time to make!

Ingredients (for one)

  • 1 Butcherbox cod filet 
  • 1-2 Baby Bok Choy, halved the long way
  • 1 Scallion, chopped

Glaze Ingredients 

  • 1 tbs Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 1 tbs. Coconut aminos
  • Chopped onion white part only (use the green for garnish)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • Zest from 1 lemon 
  • Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, fresh basil, crushed red pepper flakes 

Mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the bok choy in a steamer, cut side up. Add the cod fillet.

Brush or spoon the glaze over the fish & bok choy.

Steam 8 minutes.

Enjoy!
