Ingredients
I like to make a couple of these overnight breakfasts in the weekend so the weekdays are easier! The apples, cinnamon & nuts in Seven Sundays Muesli go so well with pumpkin. (Good on its own with some almond milk or yogurt, too!). I’ve included my affiliate link so you can check out Seven Sundays grain free cereals.
1/3 c Pumpkin Purée
1/2 c Seven Sundays Classic Bircher Muesli
1 tbs Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 c Almond milk
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger & allspice)
Toppings
1 tbs Seven Sundays Classic Bircher Muesli
1 tbs Flaxseed
Pumpkin seeds
Stir the ingredients together in a jar large enough to also hold your toppings later. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Add your toppings & refrigerate overnight.
