Here’s an easy one pan dinner with just a few ingredients. This reheats easily so it makes a great meal prep dish.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Butcherbox ground beef
- 1/2 Head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 lg. Onion, diced
- 1 lg. Carrot, shredded
- 1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh herbs for serving
Brown the beef over medium heat with a pinch of salt breaking it up as you cook. Remove from pan.
Add the onion to the same pan, lower the heat & cook until softened. Next, add the carrot & garlic. Stir as it cooks. Add a little water, if needed.
Next blend in the cabbage, paprika, tomato sauce, salt & pepper. Once the cabbage begins to soften add the beef & stir to combine.
Cover & allow everything to simmer together for 2 minutes.
Serve topped with fresh herbs.
