Kohlrabi-Apple Slaw

Kohlrabi is a lesser-known vegetable that deserves some attention! High is magnesium, calcium & fiber, it’s a weight-loss powder house!

Ingredients 

  • 1 apple, cored and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 medium kohlrabi, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 c.  extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs. teaspoons honey
  • 2 tsp. Noble Made Course Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Noble Made Citrus Herb Seasoning 
  • Sea Salt & Ground pepper 
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Add the prepared ingredients to a mixing bowl & combine gently. Season with salt & pepper to taste. 

Serve chilled.
