Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored and cut into matchsticks
- 1 medium kohlrabi, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs. teaspoons honey
- 2 tsp. Noble Made Course Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Noble Made Citrus Herb Seasoning
- Sea Salt & Ground pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Add the prepared ingredients to a mixing bowl & combine gently. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve chilled.
