Ingredients
- 2 tbs. White Chia Seeds
- 2/3 c. Almond milk
- 1/2 Scoop Xendurance Vanilla protein (or clean protein powder of your choice)
Garnishes:
- 1/3 c. Fresh berries
- 1 tsp. Ground Flax
- 1 tsp. Shredded Coconut
Pour the almond milk in a glass jar and warm the milk about 25 seconds in the microwave or place the jar in a pot with boiled water for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chia seeds and shake to blend. Next add tbs protein and shake to be sure everything is well blended.
Refrigerate a few hours minimum.
Pour the pudding into a serving dish and garnish with the berries, flax and coconut.
