Here’s an easy dinner with no pans to wash!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Grass fed ground beef
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/4 c. Coconut Aminos
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/3 c. Egg whites
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with heavy foil.
Mix all the ingredients except only 1/3 of the tomato sauce in a bowl just until combined. Avoid over mixing.
Divide into 4 portions and form a loaf with each. Place the loaves on the baking sheet.
If you’re also adding sweet potatoes as shown:
Cut sweet potatoes into one inch bites. Leave the skin on other than trimming off any tough parts.
Spread the potatoes on the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over each loaf for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
