Baked Acorn Squash with Granola Crunch Topping

Granola is not only great for or brunch! Last night I used it to add some flavor & crunch to my baked acorn squash.

Recipe:
✔️Heat oven to 400 degrees
✔️Cut an acorn squash into quarters & scoop out the seeds with a spoon
✔️ Place the squash on a foil covered baking sheet & brush with olive oil
✔️ Season with salt, pepper, cumin & paprika
✔️ Bake 45 minutes
✔️ Sprinkle granola into the cavity of each piece & return to the oven for 5 minutes
