Friday Night Oaxaca Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients 

  • 1 Naan flatbread 
  • 2 oz Oaxaca cheese (I used Rizo Brothers California Creamery)
  • 1/3 c cooked chorizo sausage, drained of excess fat
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil 
  • Garnishes: Fresh greens, 1 thinly sliced radish, pico de gallo, cilantro, sea salt, lime wedges 

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Lay the naan on a foil-covered sheet pan. Brush the edges with olive oil.

Shred the Oaxaca cheese by separating sections & pulling it apart. No gadgets needed! Spread the cheese over the flatbread.

Add the chorizo & spread evenly over the top.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Place the flatbread on a cutting board & cut it into 4 sections. Garnish & finish with a drizzle of olive oil & sea salt.
