Breakfast salad with some homegrown & local produce & jammy eggs served with an iced coffee with coconut cream & cinnamon. Sometimes it’s nice to switch it up & break tradition! To make this salad I used fresh spinach & homegrown arugula, shaved fresh beet, orange bell pepper slices, yellow pear tomato, red onion, cooked chicken sausage links cut up, pepitas, a jammy egg, fresh chives, Everything But the Bagel seasoning & drizzle of vinaigrette.
